Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Practice Co-Manager to assist in overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility. Candidate must have a strong background in healthcare management (minimum of 3 years experience in cardiology and/or primary care) and possess excellent leadership skills. Must also have a thorough knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA and MIPS submission. Prior hospital and insurance credentialling experience required.

Duties:

- Manage the administrative and clinical staff to ensure efficient operation of the practice
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Oversee financial aspects including patient billing and collections

- Extensive knowledge of eligibility, benefits and the insurance authorization process
- Coordinate with medical providers to optimize patient care delivery
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional manner

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in medical management or healthcare administration (min. 3 yrs)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with Care Cloud or similar EHR software
- Strong fiscal management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
